Beneath every manifestation practice is a deeper structure, a set of natural principles that quietly govern cause and effect, intention and outcome. These are the Laws of the Universe.
They are not rules to follow or forces to fear.
They are not concepts reserved for the spiritually advanced, or ideas that require a particular belief system to access.
They are patterns already at work in your life, responding consistently to your awareness, your energy, and your choices.
Understanding these laws does not require belief. It only requires observation. When you begin to recognize them, something shifts. Manifestation becomes less mysterious and more cooperative. Life starts to feel less like something that happens to you and more like something you are genuinely participating in.
At Omnia Divina, the Laws of the Universe form the foundation beneath our scripting practice. The seven pillars tell you what to script. The laws explain how it works, and understanding them helps you make it work.
Below is a complete guide to all thirteen.
Why the Laws Matter
Most people who come to manifestation start with the Law of Attraction, since it's the most well known. But the Law of Attraction does not operate alone.
All thirteen laws are active at the same time. They work together, sometimes amplifying each other, sometimes creating friction that turns out to be useful. Once you understand the full picture, you stop wondering why things are or aren't working and start seeing the larger pattern.
Think of the laws the way you might think of the laws of physics. You don't need to understand gravity in detail to be affected by it. But once you understand how it works, you move through the world with more ease, and you stop being surprised when things fall.
The Laws of the Universe work the same way.
The 13 Laws of the Universe
1. The Law of Attraction
This is perhaps the most well known of the universal laws, and for good reason. It's one of the most immediately observable.
The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like. The energy you emit through your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions draws similar energy and experiences back into your life. Positive energy attracts positive experience. Fear based energy attracts more of what you fear.
I love this example: imagine a dog who wants a treat. They get excited, stand by the treat drawer, and bounce around as if the treat is already on its way. The energy is so clear and so certain that we give them the treat. The dog has accidentally used the Law of Attraction perfectly!
That's the whole principle right there: clarity of desire, certainty of expectation, and the energy of already receiving.
In your practice: The Law of Attraction responds to your dominant energy, not your occasional good thought. This is why scripting works. It helps you hold the energy of your desires consistently, not just in hopeful moments.
2. The Law of Repulsion
Less talked about, but just as important, the Law of Repulsion is the other side of attraction.
Just as certain energies draw experiences toward you, other energies push experiences away, including the ones you want. Focusing on negative thoughts, fear based emotions, and discordant energy doesn't just fail to attract good things. It actively repels them.
This is why discernment matters so much in a manifestation practice. What you consume, who you spend time with, what you entertain in your mind, all of it has an energetic effect.
If you fill your days with drama, watching dramatic TV, having dramatic relationships, entertaining dramatic thoughts, you won't just attract more drama through the Law of Attraction. You'll also repel the peaceful, lovely blessings trying to find their way to you.
The reverse is just as true. When you tend your energy on purpose, choosing nourishing inputs, peaceful relationships, and thoughts aligned with what you want, you don't just attract more good. You repel the energy that doesn't belong in the life you're building.
In your practice: Regularly audit what you're allowing into your energy field. Boundaries aren't just emotional tools. They're energetic ones.
3. The Law of Correspondence
As above, so below. As within, so without.
This principle posits that there is a correspondence between the macrocosm, the Universe, and the microcosm, the individual. The patterns and structures found in the Universe can also be found within you, and the other way around.
What this means for your life: your outer world is a reflection of your inner world. The quality of your relationships reflects your relationship with yourself. The state of your finances often mirrors your inner relationship with security, worth, and trust. The opportunities that show up, or don't, often correspond to the beliefs you're carrying below the surface.
This isn't about blame. It's about information.
When something in your outer life feels stuck, the Law of Correspondence invites you to look inward. What inner pattern might this be reflecting? Healing yourself can affect the Universe you experience as a whole.
In your practice: When you script, you're working at both levels at once, writing the outer life you want while also shifting the inner beliefs that have to align with it.
4. The Law of Oneness
The Law of Oneness emphasizes the fundamental unity and interconnectedness of all things. It says that everything in the Universe is ultimately interconnected and part of a unified whole.
There is no true separation between you and other people, between you and nature, between you and the cosmos. Everything is interdependent. Everything influences everything else. Loving others is like loving yourself.
This law also means you're never truly alone. Whatever you're moving through, whatever you're reaching toward, you're doing it within a Universe that is, at its deepest level, unified. Connected. On your side.
In your practice: The Law of Oneness is why service and generosity aren't separate from manifestation. They're part of it. What you send out moves through a connected whole and returns to you.
5. The Law of Cause and Effect
Also known as karma, or the law of reciprocity, this principle states that every action has a corresponding reaction.
Your thoughts, beliefs, and actions create ripple effects that move outward into your reality, and eventually return. The causes you set in motion today become the effects you receive in the future.
This law asks for accountability without shame. Not "I deserve bad things because I've done bad things," but rather, "I have more power over my experience than I sometimes realize, because the causes I set in motion today are shaping the life I'll inhabit tomorrow."
It's an empowering law once you stop using it as a tool for self judgment and start using it as a tool for intentional action.
In your practice: Scripting is, in part, a practice of setting better causes in motion, choosing the thoughts, beliefs, and inner states that create the effects you actually want.
6. The Law of Abundance
This principle focuses on the belief in abundance, and the idea that there is more than enough to go around.
By embracing an abundance mindset, you open yourself up to receiving in all areas of your life. When you believe there isn't enough, you compete, hoard, and contract. When you believe there's more than enough, you collaborate, give freely, and expand.
For example, if you were starting a business, you'd go into it with the mindset of collaboration instead of competition, because you know there are plenty of customers for all the businesses doing genuine good work.
In your practice: When abundance feels hard to script for, start smaller. Script not for a specific amount, but for the feeling of having enough, of moving through your days without the grip of scarcity. That feeling is the frequency. The specifics follow.
7. The Law of Detachment
This principle emphasizes the importance of letting go of attachment to specific outcomes. Not letting go of the desire, just the grip on exactly how and when it has to be fulfilled.
Attachment to a specific outcome actually creates resistance. It signals that you don't fully trust the process, that you need this particular thing, in this particular form, by this particular date. That neediness contracts the energy around your desire.
By releasing attachment and surrendering to the flow of the Universe, you create space for miracles and unexpected blessings to manifest.
One of my favorite things to say when I get nervous about an outcome is, "If it's for me, let it be. If not for me, let it flee." That single shift, from gripping to releasing, changes the energy completely.
An important key to the Law of Detachment: you may be attached to an outcome that isn't as amazing as what the Universe wants to fulfill for you. Instead of being attached to that brand new Honda, stay open to what the Universe wants to gift you with, which could be a brand new Mercedes!
In your practice: After you script, release. Write your desires clearly and fully, then close the journal and go live your day. Trust that what you've planted is growing, even when you can't see it.
8. The Law of Preparation
Sometimes called the law of action or the law of intentional action, this principle emphasizes the importance of readiness and alignment before manifesting your desires.
Thoughtful preparation, both internally and externally, is essential for success. It involves clarifying your goals, cultivating the necessary skills and mindset, and removing any obstacles or limiting beliefs that may hinder your progress.
For example, if your goal is to travel more, you better make sure you have a nice suitcase!
By adequately preparing yourself, you create fertile ground for manifestation to occur and increase the likelihood of achieving what you want.
In your practice: Ask yourself honestly, am I preparing for what I'm scripting? Is there an action I'm avoiding, a skill I'm not developing, a belief I'm not doing the work to shift? Preparation and scripting work together.
9. The Law of the Vacuum
The Law of the Vacuum operates on the principle that nature abhors a vacuum, meaning empty spaces tend to be filled.
Creating space in your life, whether physical, mental, or emotional, can attract new opportunities, experiences, and blessings. By letting go of what no longer serves you, you open yourself up to receive the abundance and manifestations aligned with your desires.
Holding on too tightly to what's familiar, even when it no longer fits, keeps the new from having anywhere to land.
In your practice: Regularly ask, what am I holding onto that needs to go? What would I need to release to make genuine room for what I'm scripting for? The clearing is part of the practice.
10. The Law of Transmutation
This law states that energy is constantly in motion and can be transformed from one form to another. Energy is neither created nor destroyed. It just changes form.
Higher vibrations can consume and transform lower vibrations, and lower vibrations can pull higher ones down. You've felt this directly. You know the experience of walking into a room and feeling the energy shift. You know the experience of one person's mood changing the atmosphere of a gathering.
This is another reminder to choose, on purpose, what and who you spend your time with.
In your practice: Scripting is a transmutation practice. You're taking fear, lack, and old story, and consciously converting them into clarity, abundance, and new possibility. The energy doesn't disappear. It changes form.
11. The Law of Rhythm
This law suggests that everything in the Universe operates in a cyclical or rhythmic pattern, characterized by alternating phases of expansion and contraction, growth and decline, activity and rest.
Life is inherently rhythmic and cyclical. It was never meant to be a straight line.
The seasons change. The moon waxes and wanes. The ocean moves in and out. And your own life, your energy, your inspiration, your momentum, follows the same natural rhythm.
When you're in an expansive phase, lean in. Build, create, move forward. When you're in a contracting phase, rest. Reflect. Let things settle. Don't force expansion when the season is asking for stillness.
Many people interpret the low phases as failure. They panic when momentum slows. They push harder when the Universe is asking them to pause. The Law of Rhythm says trust the cycle. The contraction isn't the end. It's preparation for the next expansion.
In your practice: Honor your own rhythms. Not every day is a high energy scripting day. Some days the most aligned practice is rest, reflection, and trust.
12. The Law of Yin and Yang
Also sometimes called the Law of Gender, and similar to the Law of Polarity, this law suggests that everything in the Universe possesses masculine and feminine energies, and that these polarities work together in a complementary and harmonious way.
Masculine energy is assertive, action oriented, focused, and directional. Feminine energy is receptive, nurturing, intuitive, and spacious. Neither is superior. Both are necessary. This creative power is essential for the manifestation and creation of new life, ideas, and experiences.
Script with feminine energy: open, receptive, trusting, allowing. Take action with masculine energy: clear, intentional, consistent, focused. Let both have their place.
In your practice: Notice when you're leaning too far into one side. If you're scripting constantly but taking no aligned action, bring in more masculine energy. If you're hustling constantly but never pausing to receive, bring in more feminine energy.
13. The Law of Giving
Also called the Law of Compensation, this principle is based on reciprocal energy exchange.
Giving freely and generously, whether it's your time, resources, or love, creates a flow of positive energy that circulates back to you in the form of blessings, abundance, and opportunities. Not as a transaction, not as a strategy, just as a natural part of participating in the universal flow of energy.
If you need more money, give money (up to ten percent of your income is a good place to start). If you need more love, give love. Whatever you wish to receive more of, begin by offering it freely.
In your practice: Generosity isn't separate from your manifestation practice. It's part of it. Build giving into your scripting, not as obligation, but as an expression of trust that there's more than enough.
How the Laws Work Together
The thirteen laws aren't independent. They form an ecosystem, and understanding how they interact makes your practice significantly more powerful.
A few of the most important connections:
Attraction and Repulsion always operate together. You can't work on one without affecting the other. Raising your vibration attracts what you want and repels what you don't, at the same time.
Cause and Effect gives backbone to Preparation. Your actions today are causes, and preparation makes sure those causes are aligned with the effects you want.
Detachment and Rhythm work hand in hand. The Law of Rhythm assures you that slow phases are natural, and the Law of Detachment gives you the peace to trust them instead of forcing your way out.
The Vacuum and Transmutation are a powerful pair. Clearing what no longer serves you (Vacuum) creates space, and Transmutation makes sure the energy released doesn't disappear, it transforms into something new.
Oneness and Giving form the foundation of the Service Pillar, because when you understand that we're all connected, giving stops feeling like sacrifice and becomes participation in the whole.
Working with the Laws
You don't need to consciously apply all thirteen laws at every moment. That would be exhausting, and it would miss the point.
The Laws of the Universe aren't a checklist. They're a framework for understanding the nature of the reality you're already moving through.
Start by simply noticing. Where do you see the Law of Correspondence at work in your life right now? Where are you experiencing the Law of Rhythm, and are you honoring it or fighting it? Is there a vacuum that needs creating? A place where you're gripping an outcome that needs releasing?
Awareness is the beginning. And awareness, offered consistently, changes everything.

Final Thoughts
The Laws of the Universe are not concepts to master or rules to follow perfectly.
They are steady patterns already shaping your experience, responding impartially to your awareness, your intention, and your action.
You don't need to hold them all at once.
You only need to begin noticing them. Working with them. Trusting that the Universe isn't random, that it's deeply ordered, deeply generous, and deeply responsive to the energy you bring.
May you move through this world with the confidence of someone who understands how it works. May the laws that govern all things become allies in the life you are building. May your awareness, your intention, and your action work together, and may what you are reaching for meet you more than halfway.
